To access free or subscriber materials, begin by creating a Company account. Once your account is set up, you can create and manage as many employee and manager accounts as needed, at no cost.
All accounts have unlimited access to free materials, including Skills Evaluation tests and select free courses. When you're ready to expand training, the monthly seat license subscription system is quick, flexible, and easy to manage for your company’s needs.
To get started, click Register New Company and fill out the company & administrative information. When you create the company account, you will be automatically logged in as the company administrator.

Our skills evaluation tests help Company Administrators identify employees' strengths and weaknesses. Simply register your free company account, then assign one or more skills tests to your trainees from the administrator control panel.
You’ll receive an email notification when a test is completed. Detailed results are available through the Company Administrator activity reports, allowing you to identify knowledge gaps, prioritize who should be trained first, and assign targeted courses with an active subscription.
